Cancellation instructions:

Cancellations must be accepted until 06.00 p.m. local time on the planned date of arrival for both guaranteed and non-guaranteed reservations free of charge. 

In case of no show after 12:00 p.m. of current day according to the local time, following after planned check-in day, a guest will be charged an amount of a full day rate.

Late check-out:

• After 12 p.m. till 9 p.m. - requires an additional half-day rate;
• After 9 p.m. - full-day rate.

Early check-in:

• Till 2 a.m. - full-day rate;
• After 2 a.m. till 14 a.m. - requires an additional half-day rate.
