Cancellation instructions:

Cancellations must be accepted until 06.00 p.m. local time on the planned date of arrival for both guaranteed and non-guaranteed reservations free of charge. 

In case of no show after 12:00 p.m. of current day according to the local time, following after planned check-in day, a guest will be charged an amount of a full day rate. 

Additional payment:

Late check-out:

• Till 3 p.m. - does not require any rate;
• After 3 p.m. till 9 p.m. - requires an additional half-day rate;
• After 9 p.m. -  full-day rate.

Early check-in:

• Till 2 a.m. - full-day rate;
• After 2 a.m. till 11 a.m. - requires an additional half-day rate/ breakfast is  included;
• After 11 a.m. - does not require any rate.

Price for additional bed in Business Class and Suites – 1200 RUB per day. Breakfast included.

Additional pet fee - 1500 RUB.
